How we compared: we read Paved's pricing, help and home pages and each alternative's pricing and help pages, and we didn't sign up for or test these products. The order: other marketplaces, then ad networks, then services that pitch for you, then sponsor databases, then tools for sponsors you already have; alphabetical inside each group.
When is a Paved alternative worth it?
When your list is under Paved's minimums, or you'd rather not wait for brands to come to you.
- Your list is under 50,000 subscribers: the Marketplace needs 50,000, per its help center. Booker, its booking page, takes any list size.
- The Ad Network's minimum depends on the page: 50,000 subscribers per its help center, 1 million monthly impressions per its publishers page.
- You'd wait for Ad Network money: payouts run net-60 once you reach $1,000, so $2,000 earned in February is paid in April, per its help article.
- Its cut isn't published: Marketplace sponsorships carry a revenue share and Ad Network clicks a platform fee, and neither rate is on its pages.

Sponsor Radar

Paste your newsletter and it lists the brands that sponsored similar newsletters, finds the person who buys the ads and drafts the pitch. After checkout it emails those brands every day from its own mailboxes and domains, 50 new brands a day by default (you set 25 to 100), and introduces you when one replies. First sponsor reply inside 30 days or the month is refunded.
- Free option
- $20 in credits (200 emails); card at checkout, no trial
- Where it falls short
- The pitches are cold email, so most brands won't answer, and each reply still needs you to close the deal. At the default 50 new brands a day it costs $5 a day, up to $10 with follow-ups, weekends included, so the $20 credit lasts 2 to 4 days. It takes no bookings or payments and works for newsletters only.

Where Paved still wins
- It costs nothing upfront: no subscription and nothing to list, and Booker is free at any list size with Stripe's 2.9%. Sponsor Radar takes a card at checkout and costs $150 to $300 for 30 days at its defaults.
- Brands come to you: advertisers browse its Marketplace and reach out to newsletters that match, and its help center names Uber, HubSpot, Noom and Monday.com among them. Sponsor Radar's pitches are cold emails, so most brands won't answer.
- It runs the paperwork: invoicing, insertion orders, contracts and payouts. Sponsor Radar takes no bookings or payments.
- Its Ad Network fills spare slots from a one-time snippet: advertisers bid $0.50 to $10 a click, and its July 1, 2026 help article puts the average payout at $1.45 a click.
