What are the best newsletter sponsorship platforms?

The main options are the beehiiv and Kit ad networks, which place paid ads in your issues; Passionfroot and Paved, where brands book you; Sponsor Radar, which pitches brands for you by email; and sponsor databases like SponsorGap, which list brands for you to pitch. Pick by how much selling you want to hand off. Prices below were read on 29 and 30 September 2026.

We make Sponsor Radar, number 10 on this list. On 29 and 30 September 2026 we read each platform's own pricing, fee and help pages; every price links to its source. We didn't sign up for or test the other platforms. Order: ad networks, marketplaces, outreach services, databases, then tools, by how far each takes you toward a paid booking without you selling; alphabetical inside each step.

Sponsor Radar (sponsorradar.co) pitches brands to sponsor newsletters. Not affiliated with SponsorRadar (sponsorradar.com), the YouTube sponsorship database.

Where do newsletters publish their sponsorship prices?

In our read, mostly on Passionfroot. Of the 321 newsletters that print a main-slot price and their list size, 259 had their prices read from a Passionfroot page (Sponsor Radar's read of newsletters' advertise pages, 29 September 2026). Newsletters that quote by email publish no price, so they aren't counted. On the buying side, Sponsor Radar has seen 6,008 brands sponsor 3,332 newsletters, most of them read from published issues, the rest from newsletters' sponsor pages and articles that name the sponsor.

  2. Sponsor Radar

    Outreach service · our product

Paste your newsletter and it lists the brands that sponsored similar newsletters, finds the person who buys the ads and drafts the pitch. After checkout it emails those brands every day from its own mailboxes and domains, 50 new brands a day by default (you set 25 to 100), and introduces you when one replies. First sponsor reply inside 30 days or the month is refunded.

    Free option
$20 in credits (200 emails); card at checkout, no trial
    Where it falls short
The pitches are cold email, so most brands won't answer, and each reply still needs you to close the deal. At the default 50 new brands a day it costs $5 a day, up to $10 with follow-ups, weekends included, so the $20 credit lasts 2 to 4 days. It takes no bookings or payments and works for newsletters only.

Is there a service that pitches brands to sponsor my newsletter for me?

Yes. Sponsor Radar emails the brands that sponsored newsletters like yours, 50 new brands a day by default, from its own mailboxes, for 10¢ per email sent after $20 in free credits, and hands you the replies to close. SponsorGap's managed plans run outbound for you at $999 a month plus a 10% success fee, or $2,999 a month. BuySellAds' Carbon team pitches publishers' inventory to sponsors, mostly tech brands; you apply, and its fee isn't published. Email Revenue Solutions, the company behind Who Sponsors Stuff, works as an outside ad sales team for newsletters and publishes no price for it. If you'd rather nobody pitched at all, beehiiv's and Kit's ad networks find advertisers and you choose which offers to run.

Which one fits your newsletter?

If you send on a paid beehiiv or Kit plan, turn on its ad network; beehiiv's runs alongside your own sponsors, and Kit keeps 23.5%. If brands should find you, list on a storefront: 259 of the 321 priced newsletters we read publish their rates on Passionfroot. Under 50,000 subscribers, Paved's Marketplace is closed to you and its Ad Network has a minimum too, but its Booker page is open. If you'd rather pitch yourself, a database gives you the names: SponsorGap from $39 a month (7 days of full access, no card needed), SponsorLeads from $97 a month, Who Sponsors Stuff free for about 10% of its list with Sales Pro on request. If you want the pitching done, Sponsor Radar costs $5 a day at its default pace, up to $10 with follow-ups, and SponsorGap's managed plans cost $999 a month plus a 10% success fee, or $2,999 a month.

Questions

How do I find sponsors for my newsletter?

Four ways: an ad network places ads in your issues, a marketplace lets brands book you, a service pitches brands for you, or you pitch from a list of brands that already buy. Whichever you choose, start with brands that sponsor newsletters like yours: the newsletter sponsors list shows 6,008 of them.

Which newsletter sponsorship platform takes the smallest cut?

Sponsor Radar and Sponsorships.ai take no cut, and the databases state none on their self-serve plans. Hecto and SponsorCal take 5% of each booking, MediaPact 10%, Passionfroot 15% of the deals it brings you and Kit 23.5% of ad revenue. Paved, beehiiv, Wellput and BuySellAds don't publish theirs.

Can a small newsletter use these platforms?

Most of them. Wellput takes only US newsletters with 20,000+ subscribers, Paved's Marketplace needs 50,000 and its Ad Network 50,000 subscribers or 1 million monthly impressions, depending on which Paved page you read, and Appeared.in is built for mid-to-large newsletters; the others state no minimum. Newsletters under 5,000 subscribers list their main slot at a median $150 (68 newsletters, read 29 September 2026).

Which companies sponsor newsletters?

Sponsor Radar has seen 6,008 brands sponsor 3,332 newsletters. The most active right now are Wispr Flow, Attio, Roku, Join1440, Atlassian. The newsletter sponsors list has the 300 most active.
